Cancellation Policy

· All Bookings made under 7 days are to be paid in full at time of booking.

· All CABIN bookings, prior to 7 days of check-in, require a $30/night booking fee to be paid at time of booking. Any quote given is an estimate only of price and the price will only be confirmed once payment of the booking fee is made on the booking, you may opt to receive email advice that the payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed.

· Prices are subject to change if any details relating to your booking are amended, for example you’re dates of stay, your room type or the number of persons staying under your booking change before and/or once checked-in.

· When you check-in you will be asked to provide photographic identification. If you are unable to provide such identification your booking may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay St. Helens Gardens Tourist Park an amount equal to the full booking amount plus any other costs incurred by St Helens Gardens Tourist Park in connection with the booking.

· Full payment is required at time of check-in. 

· Cancellations must be made more than 28 days prior to arrival. 

· An administration fee of $8.00 will be charged for cancellations made prior to 28 days of arrival.

· If a cancellation is within 8 - 28 days of arrival a cancellation fee of $30.00/night/s booked will be forfeited. 

· Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit all monies paid. 

· No refunds apply for early departure.

Company Invoices:

o Are to be prearranged and to be paid within set days stated on company invoice, commencing from invoice date. 

o All bookings cancelled under 7 days will be required to be paid in full. 

o If an invoice is paid 8-28 prior to check-in, it can be kept in credit but not refunded.

o OVERDUE invoices will incur a 20% late fee compounding in relations to set due date.

PLEASE NOTE: To maintain the low-price of our cabins, they are not serviced daily. This means that the day-to-day cleaning is the responsibility of the guest/s and they are expected to treat all cabins facilities with respect. A cleaning fee of $70 will be applied if the cabin is left in a poor state at time of checkout. Any missing linen, kitchen stock or appliances will be charged to you/your company accordingly.
